Shipment and Return Policy
1. Shipping and Delivery
The shipment of customer orders usually takes up to five (5) business days from the date of receiving the payment. However, please note that customs processing may cause delays in delivery. While we work diligently to minimize any potential delays, we appreciate your understanding in case your package encounters customs clearance procedures. The delivery may take up to twenty (20) business days. We reserve the right, at any time, to suspend or cancel the delivery of any product that cannot be legally delivered as such.
2. Customs and Import Duties
Please be aware that when you place an order with us, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the recipient (you) to pay. Customs policies vary from country to country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential charges.
3. Estimated Customs Fees
Unfortunately, we are unable to predict the exact customs fees that may apply to your order. Customs authorities determine these fees based on factors such as the value of the items and the destination country. To get an estimate of potential fees, we suggest contacting your local customs office or using online customs duty calculators available in your region.
4. Order Value Declaration
To comply with international customs regulations, we are required to declare the actual value of the items on the customs declaration form. We cannot mark packages as gifts or alter the value of items to evade customs duties or taxes.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery. This tracking information will also be helpful to stay updated on the customs clearance process if applicable.
6. Lost Packages
Once an order is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier to complete the delivery. If there are any claims about lost packages, please contact our customer support at https://duboisgold.com/contact.
7. Product Replacement
Defective products are not eligible for replacement if defects result from:
Mechanical damage, temperature extremes, or other damages not originating from manufacturing defects.
Actions of third parties or force majeure (natural disasters, fire, animal damage).
Any alterations, modifications, or repairs conducted by the end user or by any third party, excluding the manufacturer.
Storage Conditions for Products
Products must be stored within a temperature range of -25 to 50 °C (-13 to 122 °F) and safeguarded from mechanical damage, high temperatures, strong electromagnetic fields, and other potential hazards to ensure their integrity and functionality.
9. Return and Refund Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days after you have received the parcel. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
10. Refund Process
If applicable, once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1–3 business days.
Please check your bank account again if you haven't received a refund yet. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
