If you forget your access code, you will need at least 2 cards present simultaneously to reset it. However, this reset only affects the 2 cards involved. In a 3-card set, if you reset the access code using only 2 of the 3 cards, the new code won't automatically apply to the third card. Therefore, the third card will maintain its previous access code.

1. If the app requests you to enter an access code and you have forgotten the code, you can click on “Forgot Your Code?”

2. Enter your new access code twice on the next screen.

3. Tap “Continue” and scan the card for which you would like to reset the access code.

4. Tap “Continue” and scan another card from your set of two or three cards.

5. Scan the card to recover again.
