If you have forgotten the access code for your DAU Key card or would like to setup a different access code for each of your cards, follow the instructions below:

Option 1: Forgot Access Code

1. Open the DAU Vault app.

2. Scan the card on which you would like to reset your access code.

3. Instead of entering your access code, tap the “Forgot your code?” button.

4. Enter your new access code twice on the next screen and tap “Continue”.

5. Tap “Continue” on the next screen and scan the card for which you would like to reset the access code.

6. Tap “Continue” and scan another card from your set of two or three cards.

7. Tap “Continue” and scan the card for which you would like to reset the access code again to complete the reset process.

Option 2: Change Access Code

1. Open the DAU Vault app.

2. Scan the card for which you would like to change the access code.

3. Access the menu by clicking the top left corner of the screen and choose “Settings.”

4. Proceed as guided by the on-screen prompts, tapping your card to enter the “Settings” menu.

5. Navigate to “Card Settings” and select “Change Access Code.”

6. On the following screen, input your new access code twice and then select “Continue.”

7. Scan the specific card you wish to change the access code for, input the current access code, and then press “Continue.”

8. Conclude the procedure by tapping the card one more time.

Please note that whether you change your access code using "Forgot Access Code" or "Change Access Code," the new access code will only apply to the one card for which you choose to reset or change access code. It will not automatically be reflected on any other card within the set, which will still be linked to the previous access code.
